International Coaching Week
Empower. Inspire. Celebrate.
As we prepare for International Coaching Week, we want to hear from you! The ICF North Florida Chapter ICW 2026 Survey is your opportunity to share your expertise and ensure we’re creating experiences that truly reflect your needs, interests, and goals.
As a chapter built on community, collaboration, and continuous growth, your voice plays a vital role in how we serve and support coaches across North Florida. ICF North Florida Chapter is proud to be a premier resource for coaches at every stage—offering learning opportunities, meaningful connections, and a welcoming environment where we all succeed together.
By taking just a few minutes to complete the survey, you’ll help us better understand our community, tailor future programming, and continue advancing coaching excellence in our region. Thank you for being part of what makes this community so impactful—we can’t wait to learn more about you!
Join Us at The Table This Month for ICW 2026

Each year, during International Coaching Week (ICW), coaches around the world pause to reflect on the power of our work—to empower, to inspire, and to celebrate the impact coaching has on individuals, organizations, and communities. It’s a week that reminds us that we are part of s a global community.
At The Table this month, we join coaches worldwide in celebrating ICW. We invite you to gather with us as we:
- deepen our practice through shared reflection
- learn from the lived experience of other coaches and reconnect to the purpose that brought us into this work
In a profession that can sometimes feel solitary, The Table is where we remember we are not alone.
We would love to welcome you.
Join us at The Table this month. In response to requests from coaches, this month we will facilitate a conversation about how coaches are using AI in their practices. Thank you to Dale Beaman for agreeing to help facilitate this conversation!
Come as you are. Bring what’s on your mind.

Member Spotlight
Conchita Robinson, PCC

Some coaching journeys begin with intention. Others begin with invitation.
For Conchita Robinson, PCC, it began with a simple request from a senior leader: “Can you help me think through this?” That conversation—one of many early, informal coaching relationships—grew into a 25-year career supporting leaders, teams, and organizations.
Today, as the founder of C. Robinson Associates, Conchita works primarily with executive-level leaders across transportation, human services, and planning agencies nationwide. Her work spans executive coaching, strategic planning, organizational assessments, and leadership development, often delivered through a team-based consulting model. Leadership Continuity: 2026 Nominating Committee Underway
Dear Members,
As part of our ongoing commitment to strong governance and continuity, I’m pleased to share that our 2026 Nominating Committee is now in place.
Dale Beaman, Ebonie Cossbert, and Leila Wallut are leading this effort, with Della Shaw serving as Board liaison, providing context and supporting outreach across our network.
The committee has been tasked with identifying talent within our chapter—members who are interested in being considered for the upcoming Board term. This is a focused and important effort to ensure we continue to build a strong and sustainable leadership pipeline.
Introducing a New 12-Month Coaching Series
Navigating Leadership Tensions in Real Time
By Lisa J. Kuruvilla, ICF MCC, CMC, CEC
Each month, we’ll explore the tensions that sit at the heart of leadership and human behavior—the moments where clients feel stretched, uncertain, or caught between competing demands. These reflections are drawn from my work in leadership and executive coaching across private, non-profit, federal and military sectors, where these tensions surface consistently in complex, high-stakes environments.
At the same time, I invite you to make this your own. Whether you coach leaders, teams, students, or individuals in transition, these tensions are human—not role-specific. Adapt them to your context, your clients, and your coaching style—so they become not just concepts, but tools that deepen your presence and expand your impact.
We will debut our first article in the June 2026 Newsletter - Stay tuned!

“Coaching can be a solitary profession, but it doesn’t have to be an isolated one.”
There are moments at The Table that remind us why we do this work—and why we need each other to sustain it. April’s gathering was one of those moments.
We welcomed a dynamic and experienced group of coaches, each bringing a unique story, perspective, and energy to the conversation. From those newly building their practices to seasoned coaches with many years of experience as internal and independent coaches, the richness of dialogue reflected the diversity—and shared purpose—of our community.
