ICF North Florida October Newsletter
WILD GROWTH: Where Will Coaching Take You Next?
What if one afternoon could expand your network, strengthen your coaching practice, spark new business opportunities—and create new opportunities to put your coaching expertise to work?
As ICF North Florida expands our outreach to businesses and organizations across our region, we want to build a talent pool of member coaches whose experience, expertise, and specialties can help us respond to partnership opportunities as they emerge.
We want to know who you are, what you do best, and the expertise you bring.
Come for the Meeting. Leave with More.
-
More people who know who you are and what you do.
-
More connections across our North Florida coaching community.
-
More ideas and resources to strengthen your practice and business.
-
More opportunities to contribute your talents and expertise.
-
More ways to expand the visibility and impact of professional coaching.
Pack Your Passport—We’re Traveling the Globe!
One of the highlights of WILD GROWTH will be our World Café—a journey around the globe without leaving the room.
Travel from “country” to “country,” meeting different coaches, exchanging ideas, exploring opportunities, and discovering the expertise within our Chapter. Every stop brings a new conversation—and potentially a new relationship, resource, collaboration, or opportunity.
The people you want to know may be in the room.
The opportunity you haven’t imagined yet may begin with one conversation.
Don’t hear about it afterward. Be part of it.
Navigating Leadership Tensions in Real Time
Each month, we’ll explore the tensions that sit at the heart of leadership and human behavior—the moments where clients feel stretched, uncertain, or caught between competing demands.
It’s not Imposter Syndrome. It’s Identity Expansion.
By Lisa J. Kuruvilla, ICF MCC, CMC, CEC
Insight:
Growth often feels like inadequacy. When clients step into larger roles, their internal identity hasn’t yet caught up with external expectations.
This gap creates discomfort—but also opportunity.
Sample Question:
Who are you becoming that your current identity hasn’t yet caught up to?
Application:
Shift from “Am I enough?” to “Who am I growing into?” Identity evolves before confidence stabilizes
