About Us

International Coach Federation (ICF) coaches understand and pledge adherence to high professional coaching standards, ethics, and practices. The ICF North Florida Chapter (formerly First Coast Coaches Association) is one of the longest-standing charter chapters in a network of more than one hundred ICF chapters worldwide that build, support, and preserve the coaching profession's integrity. ICF coaches pledge adherence to professional standards, ethics, and practices.

We began in the 1990s as a small network of dedicated coaches who came together to share their talents and knowledge and give mutual professional support to coaches in North Florida.  We have come so far and are so grateful to those visionary coaches on whose shoulders we stand. 

As our coaching profession has grown, so has the need and demand for professional coaching.  The ICF North Florida Chapter is the area's premier resource for professional coaches in all stages of their careers, and for individuals and companies looking for coaches. 

Our monthly meetings offer rich content and experiential learning and CCEUs, opportunities to connect, collaborate, and build community with other coaches, and to be involved and participate at all levels of our organization.

Our membership includes business and personal coaches from across North Florida - everywhere north of Orlando, including Duval, Clay, St. John's, and Nassau counties, as well as Gainesville, Tallahassee, and Florida Panhandle.

If you are a new or established coach, coach in training, curious about the profession, or simply want to learn more, you are welcome in our chapter - we succeed together!
