Introducing Andrea B. Demps, ACC, CPEC | Secretary/Treasurer
What would it look like if every person in this chapter felt truly seen, heard, valued, and understood? That question sits at the heart of everything I do as a coach, and honestly, it's a big part of why I said yes to this role.
I'm Andrea Demps, an executive leadership and communication coach working with leaders who want to show up more effectively in the boardroom, in difficult conversations, and in the moments that actually define how people experience them. Three years into my practice, I'm still deeply in love with the work.
As your Secretary/Treasurer, I'm stepping into a role with good bones and real momentum. My intention is to build on that foundation by strengthening our processes, contributing to our growth as a chapter, and making the role more seamless and well-documented for whoever comes next.
Most of all, I want this chapter to be a place where every member feels that same thing I named at the top. Seen, heard, valued, and understood. That starts with leadership, and I take that seriously.
