How do we strive to maintain trust with ourselves, and with our clients?  We know that coaching involves intentionally building relationships, all in an effort to encourage our client’s self-discovery and a commitment to bringing out the best in them.  By exploring the T.R.U.S.T model from Conversational Intelligence® for Coaches, we will identify the essentials involved in shared trust, as coaches, and for our clients.

Erroline Williams, Ed.D., PCC

Dr. Williams is a certified leadership coach and consultant in Pittsburgh, PA. She coaches executives, emerging leaders, and women in career transition and for the University of Pittsburgh Biomedical Program. Dr. Williams designs and facilitates a wide range of leadership programs. She is on faculty with the Pittsburgh Leadership Foundation and serves as an executive coach at Carnegie Mellon University’s Tepper School of Business for The Advanced Leadership Initiative (TALI).  

Her coaching philosophy lies within the ‘co-creation’ lens with clients to have them grow both personally and professionally, in a holistic framework.  She feels coaching is her ‘calling’ and enjoys the relationship-building aspect of trust, honesty, and vulnerability with clients.

Dr. Williams holds a doctorate in Higher Education Administration from the University of Pittsburgh. She has a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) designation from the International Coaching Federation (ICF).  She is a Conversational Intelligence® for Coaches Skills Practitioner (C-IQ) and completed the ADAPT Career Coach Program and Executive Coaching in Context program from Duquesne University.  She is a Certified Facilitator with Development Dimensions, Inc. (DDI).  Dr. Williams serves as Vice-President of the International Coach Federation (ICF) – Pittsburgh Chapter. She created a coaching program for the Pittsburgh Promise, a nonprofit higher education organization focused on urban youth. 

Dr. Williams serves as Board Member of Gwen’s Girls, Inc., and Dissertation Committee Member for the Point Park University Doctoral Program in Leadership. She is an affiliate member of the Institute of Coaching (IOC) at McLean Hospital, Harvard Medical School.
