Our ICF North Florida Chapter members told us in surveys and in interviews that business-building resources and training are very important to them as coaches.  Well, here it is - a business building program for coaches created by coaches!

ICF Southeast Region is offering this 5-month long business development program. Through monthly expert-led workshops and cohort groups, participants will gain the skills needed to grow their coaching business and build their network.

It all begins with a workshop offered free to our members, “Mastering the Fundamentals of a Successful Coaching Business.”  The workshop will be offered on January 13th and repeated on January 27th.  While the two presentations are the same, you may attend both.

In February, the Southeast Business Building Series sets off in earnest with a three-month comprehensive program, "Coach to Creator. Tips, Tools, and Strategies to Launch and Leverage Your Business."

Monthly Workshops | Each month, you’ll meet for a 2-hour workshop that includes 90-minutes of learning and 30-minutes for networking and space to develop your action items based on the material you just learned to help you build your business.

Moderated Cohort Working Groups | You’ll meet again two weeks later to discuss the progress you’ve made on your action items and for more networking. The purpose of the cohort working groups is to give you the support you need to build your business.

Private Facebook Group | To keep the conversation going between scheduled events, we’ll have a private Facebook group. After you register, you’ll receive a link to the Facebook group. Please allow 1-2 business days to confirm your access to the group.
