    Join us as Isabel Graf, Ph.D. leads us through a discussion and application of how to use our heads, hearts, and hands to lead ourselves and others through change.

    ISABEL GRAF, PH.D., CPC


    Isabel’s broad business experience and extensive education and training give her a unique perspective when working with executives - whether as a coach or consultant.  Her 30-year career as a leadership and organizational development consultant spanned international corporations, financial institutions, industrial organizations, and non-profits. Her work as a CPA in various accounting roles, including Controller, provided substantial business knowledge that supports her career as a coach and consultant to executives and businesses.

    Isabel currently works as an Organizational Development Specialist at JEA, where she coaches leaders, offers organizational development consulting, and works with business units to facilitate change effectiveness.  

    Isabel is a certified professional coach, CPC, and a certified Change Management Practitioner through PROSCI. She is a certified HeartMath Coach and Mentor and holds certifications in EQi-2.0, CQ (Change Intelligence), Hogan, WAVE assessments, and the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. She has a Ph.D. in Human Resources Management from the University of Illinois at Chicago, specializing in Organizational Behavior, an MBA from the Katz Graduate School of Business at the University of Pittsburgh, and a bachelor’s degree in business from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.
