Coach to the Power of C3: Connection. Competence. Confidence.

ICF North Florida Program for Members (12 CCEUs)  Six, 2-hour sessions over six months (June through November)

ICF North Florida Chapter is committed to your success and excellence as a professional coach. Based on the pilot program’s huge success, we are repeating a dynamic learning opportunity to build your skills, business and presence as a coach through a community of practice. Your facilitators will be engaging you in deeper conversations to connect to the ICF competencies and the value that competency proficiency brings to you as a coach and your clients. By reflecting on the coaching core competencies in an experiential setting, you will continue to build strong intuitive muscle memory that makes your coaching more powerful. The program includes 1-monthly session over six months. Each session you will leave with a personal plan to put learnings into action before the next session.

No matter what level of skill and experience you have, we can always learn and refine our coaching capabilities.

There’s no better way than in community! We know it will improve confidence, create positive client results, and ultimately move the needle forward for our collective energies. Limited to 8 participants (must be a chapter member or affiliate and commit to attend all sessions).

Here are a few testimonies from those who attended:

“I had a great time. I learned about some new tools, loved the peer coaching, and I learned a lot about different styles from my colleagues. This is a fun way to earn CE credits and help you keep your practice on par with the core competencies. It is also a great way to make new friends and develop relationship-centered resources to tap into to assist you.”     -Laura Bennett

“I’d say that it is an excellent community/relationship builder; you gain a ton from hearing how other coaches think and say things; the curriculum is great, an important focus on the core comps and PCC markers (so valuable). My favorite part of the program was building the community and getting to know and learn from each other, including Dale and Karen!  Interwoven in that is the benefit of the peer coaching and discussion/application of the competencies and PCC markers.”   - Lynn Elliott

“I enjoyed connecting with the other coaches and getting past surface-level relationships. The guidance and facilitation of the experienced instructors was great to witness. This program is great for those new to coaching or experienced pros as it offers a tremendous amount of perspective and insight from peers of different backgrounds.”   - Kenny Harper

Objectives:

  1. Accelerate the development of your skills, business, and presence as a coach.
  2. Develop a deeper understanding of the standards and expectations of coaching as espoused by the International Coaching Federation.
  3. Increase your awareness and application of the ICF Core Competency Model.
  4. Learn from other coaches and share best practices and tools.
