Please join us this Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at 6:00 pm for a Zoom video conference focusing on ICF North Florida strategic initiatives for 2019 through 2021. During this meeting we will:

• Share the results of our member survey which was utilized as the foundation for the activities of our strategic planning retreat
• Review and discuss the work, learnings, and activities we completed during our November 2018 strategic planning retreat
• Discuss the strategic priorities agreed upon during the retreat, on which we will focus on during 2019 through 2021 
• Assemble three, time-limited work groups (one for each initiative) whose purpose will be to create the strategies and activities, supporting each initiative, make recommendations to the leadership team, and then assist with implementation. 

As a chapter we are hitting our stride and it is exciting! This is a great time to be part of our growing community, and an opportunity for all of us to stretch and grow, using your individual and our collective talents to further develop our professional  association of coaches. Together we are cultivating what we envisioned. I hope you can join us. If you are not able to attend the meeting on Wednesday, but would like to join one of our work groups, please reach out to any of our leadership team and we will catch you up and help you get plugged in to the group.
